TOTH provides structural assessment services for a variety of building systems and bridge structures of all ages. Typical assessments involve a thorough visual evaluation of structural components while taking photographs to document the condition of a structural system. After completion of the assessment, reports are written to document the condition of the structure, discuss potential problem areas, and provide recommendations for remediation of deficient areas. An evaluation of the structure’s load capacity can be performed for renovations or seismic retrofitting.
Integrated BIM/Revit Design Processes: At TOTH, BIM design processes provide the framework for every project. TOTH’s design technicians have been working in BIM/Revit for over a decade. Our team skillfully develops and integrates our models with those of other design professionals on each project.
