Springfield, Mo. – Toth & Associates is proud to announce the addition of Joseph E. Tierney, PE and Jeffrey M. Mueller, PE to its senior leadership as vice presidents within the organization. Tierney serves as a substation engineer within the company and has played an influential role in the development of numerous switch stations and substations for electric clients across the country. Mueller, an electrical planning engineer, is responsible for distribution planning for electrical power systems and operations assistance for the managers of those systems.
