By 2020, TOTH had outgrown our Primrose office after reaching over 100 employees. We needed more space to accommodate our expanding team and future growth, so we moved to a new 55,000 sq. ft. headquarters (occupying 35,000 sq. ft.) at 1550 E. Republic Road in Springfield, Missouri. Although we were excited to share our space with our clients and community, 2020 wasn’t the right year for an open house due to the pandemic.

Fast forward to September 22, 2022 (or should we say, back to 2020?), when we finally hosted our long-awaited open house with a “Back to the Future” theme.

Designed with an open-concept layout, our new office is all about openness and collaboration. We have gathering spaces for casual hangouts, a full kitchen for family-style meals, and perimeter offices featuring exterior windows and interior glass walls, bringing in plenty of natural light. Murals from a local artist add color and creativity, including a community landscape highlighting our disciplines in the main conference room and a collage of local eateries like Gailey’s and Garbo’s in the kitchen. And we can’t forget ping pong!

We were thrilled to go back to the future to share this space with everyone, and we’re grateful for the support of our clients and community as we continue to grow.

Fun Fact – 1.21 gigawatts would power 121 million 10-watt light bulbs or one flux capacitor!💡
