Springfield, MO – Toth & Associates announced moving to a new headquarters in August 2020, located at 1550 E Republic Road. The decision was made to better serve the growing staff. “We ran out of space,” Adam Toth said. With 109 employees and growing, the 55,000 square foot building will be a complete renovation and better suit TOTH’s growing needs. “We’ve gutted it all the way down to nothing,” Toth said. “We’re filling back in our space how we want it.” TOTH plans to occupy 40,000 square feet while leasing the remaining 15,000 square feet. The general contractor for the project is Carson-Mitchell Inc., and the architect is Sapp Design Associates Architects.
