TOTH offers Electrical Rate Analysis as one of our specialized skills. We currently provide rate analysis for over 50 cooperatives and municipals. Louis Toth (PE, MBA), Adam Toth (PE, MBA), Craig Woycheese (CPA, MBA), and Betty Denson (CPA, CGFM, MBA) have educational and professional experience with cost accounting and worked in areas of utility planning and/or rate analysis.

We have performed rate studies for numerous clients. The process includes, but is not limited to, evaluation, completion of a revenue requirement, preparing cost of service models, recommending adjustments based on the cost of service study results, and completing a comprehensive report summarizing the results of the cost of service and rate design.
