TOTH was recently nationally named as one of the Best Places to Work in Engineering by Best Companies Group. This survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best places of employment in the industry. The winners were announced in a virtual awards ceremony on March 1, and TOTH placed 15th. The ceremony can be viewed here.

To be considered for participation, companies had to fulfill the following eligibility requirements: have at least ten employees working in the engineering industry in the United States, be a for-profit or not-for-profit business or government entity, be a publicly or privately held business, have a facility in the United States, and be in business for a minimum of one year.

Companies from across the country entered the process to determine the “Best” winners. The process consisted of an independent employee engagement survey measuring the employee experience in eight core focus areas:

• Leadership and Planning
• Corporate Culture and Communications
• Role Satisfaction Work Environment
• Relationship with Supervisor
• Training, Development & Resources
• Pay & Benefits
• Overall Engagement

Overall scores determined the top companies and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process, analyzed the data, and used their expertise to determine the final rankings.

TOTH’s overall employee satisfaction score was 98%.
