Mid-Missouri Bank Headquarters
Description:
Toth and Associates provided structural engineering, civil engineering, and land surveying for the new Mid-Missouri bank headquarters in Springfield, Missouri. The new building is approximately 19,000 square feet and is three stories. The project generally consists of slab on grade with metal stud framing, steel framing and joists, TPO roofing system, doors, and windows.
The building features many windows to allow heat from the sun in the winter. This brings in plenty of natural light and assists in climate control to cut down on utility costs. The building also hosts an outdoor pavilion on the rooftop where a café is located.
Land Surveying services included a boundary survey of the property, a re-plat of the property to allow for construction of the proposed building, and a topographic survey of the site.
Civil engineering services included parking lot and driveway design, site grading, site utilities, and design of modifications to the adjacent regional stormwater detention facility in order to meet current City of Springfield water quality standards.
