Description:

TOTH completed several projects for the Republic School District, including a 8,800 square foot FEMA-361 safe room, a 21,000 square foot early childhood center and administration building, a 7,345 square foot elementary classroom additions, and a 17,860 square foot K-5 elementary conversion. Select services and tasks performed by TOTH, but not limited to:

• Structural design and calculations
• Prepared construction documents
• Prepared schematic design drawings and design development documents
• Assisted in preparing RFPs for geotechnical and construction services
• Materials testing and inspection
• Participated in budget and cost reviews
• Identified pre-engineered structural elements
• Advised on which structural elements required SER construction observation
• Construction administration and on-site observation
