TOTH assisted the Pemiscot-Dunklin Electric Cooperative in the GPS data collection and GIS data development for their underground and overhead electric utility systems. TOTH was responsible for:

• GPS collection of 31,000+ poles or underground facility points
• GPS collection of 9,400+ customer meter points
• Development of ESRI geodatabase
• Updating geodatabase with new GPS data points
• Management of the geodatabase for quality
• Integration of cadastral data from multiple sources
• Delivery of ArcReader and geodatabase data to the Client
