Teaming with Sapp Design Associates Architects out of Springfield, TOTH provided land surveying, civil engineering, and structural engineering services for three FEMA safe room additions to schools for the Neosho R-V School District. TOTH’s responsibilities included structural building design, stormwater collection & conveyance, site grading, site utilities, and parking lot and access road design. We also provided topographic surveys of three sites: the high school, South Elementary, and George Washington Carver Elementary;

TOTH wrote and administered approximately $5.2 million in FEMA grants to fund the three additions, which totaled over 31,000 square feet.
