Description:
Toth is designing an underground stormwater detention facility for Mid-Missouri Bank in the City of Mount Vernon. The detention facility will be designed to limit post-project peak discharge rates to pre-project peak discharge rates at the existing 18” CMP culvert under State Highway 39 during a 25-year to 50-year storm event. The design will also include any necessary onsite stormwater collection system infrastructure that may be required to transfer stormwater from the site to the detention facility.
