Description:

Toth & Associates was the structural engineer for the patient tower addition to Mercy Northwest Arkansas in Rogers, Ark. The new 300,000 square foot addition features 7 patient floors, a mechanical floor, and a penthouse.  The project also included a new main hospital entrance and gallery connection to the existing hospital.  Select services and tasks performed by TOTH, but not limited to:

• Structural design and calculations
• Prepared construction documents
• Prepared schematic design drawings and design development documents
• Assisted in preparing RFPs for geotechnical and construction services
• Modeled in BIM/Revit
• Prepared presentation materials for the approval process in BIM/Revit
• Participated in budget and cost reviews
• Construction administration and on-site observation
• Met with City and State agencies
