Description:

TOTH with architect team, Sapp Design Architects recently in 2016, completed a new Middle School in Lebanon, Missouri.  This project was a 182,000 square foot facility designed and engineered to provide cutting-edge technology, flexible spaces, and modern learning environments.  TOTH provided the structural engineering on the project. Select services and tasks performed by TOTH, but not limited to:

• Structural design and calculations
• Prepared construction documents
• Prepared schematic design drawings and design development documents
• Assisted in preparing RFPs for geotechnical and construction services
• Materials testing and inspection
• Participated in budget and cost reviews
• Identified pre-engineered structural elements
• Advised on which structural elements required SER construction observation
• Construction administration and on-site observation
