Kodiak Roadway Improvements
Description:
TOTH provided civil engineering and land surveying services for the new 141,000 square foot Junior High School in Neosho, Missouri. The project included improvements to the adjoining roadway infrastructure to accommodate the increased traffic generated by the new school; as well as, new roadway infrastructure to access the new school and interconnection with the existing Carver Elementary campus. Working closely with the Neosho Special Road District, TOTH designed improvements to Kodiak Road that included widening the existing road to add dedicated right and left turn lanes onto a new three-lane access road leading to the Junior High. In total, the project consisted of more than 7,250 linear feet of new access and circulation roadways and almost 1,000 feet of lane additions.
