Ivey & Beck Intersection Improvements
Description:
The City of Lebanon secured the services of TOTH to design intersection improvements and an extension Beck Lane in order to serve the City’s proposed Public Safety Center (PSC). The PSC is proposed to be constructed on a three-acre tract southwest of the existing three-way intersection of Ivey Lane and Beck Lane. TOTH designed improvements that will create a four-way intersection by extending Beck Lane south approximately 600 feet. The improvements also include widening Beck Lane to provide dedicated left-hand turn lanes onto Ivey Lane, larger turning radii to accommodate semi-truck traffic, miscellaneous stormwater improvements, rebuilding the intersection of Beck Lane and Britney Lane, and relocation of an existing electric transmission line.
