Toth and Associates provided electrical, civil, and structural engineering design for Woodruff Electric Cooperative’s (WECC) Hamline Substation. Hamlin Substation is a new 69/13.2 kV substation on WECC’s system northeast of Fair Oaks, Arkansas. The scope of the project began with installing foundations, ground grid, and low voltage wiring conduits. Following this, the station yard was surfaced and then the installment of all above grade station structures, all equipment, and relay panels in the control building, and then the AC & DC cables were pulled and terminated. The project was finished off by planting grass seed.
