A cost of service study was completed for Farmers Electric Cooperative by TOTH in December 2015 for approximately 13,000 meters. The cost of service study updated contract rates for wholesale power cost pass-through and restructured the large power rate. TOTH’s professional staff also provided cost of service training to the Cooperative’s management team.
