TOTH provided electrical engineering design services for a new 115 kV transmission line and 12.4 kV underbuilds. It primarily consists of single pole structures and is 6.8 miles long. The project replaced the existing transmission line, and distribution and communication lines which ran 0.6 miles of the length of the new project. The existing lattice towers were used and updated insulators were installed and OPGW was installed with the rest of the line. The span over the Ouchita River had automatic splices on the 336 ACSR conductor that were replaced with full tension splices.
