Description:
TOTH provided electrical engineering design for the construction of a double-circuit 138 kV line to split and connect the existing 138 kV line. Weathered steel mono poles were used to build the line. The double-circuit line crosses over MEC’s existing 3-phase distribution line and Ameren’s new 138 kV line. The existing distribution paralleling in the double-circuit line was replaced as underbuild.
