This project consisted of a site development plan for a Safe Room for East Newton R-VI School District. TOTH provided civil engineering services for this project which included field review of conditions and existing improvements, preparation of a topographic survey, a horizontal control plan, a grading plan, a utility plan, stormwater collection, stormwater detention plan, and construction plans and specifications.
