Working closely with Southern Hills Development and the City of West Plains, TOTH designed water and sewer main extensions to serve an area of future commercial development along London Lane. The extensions consisted of approximately 2,000 linear feet of 10-inch water main and 1,550 linear feet of 8-inch sewer main. TOTH’s responsibilities on the project included hydraulic design of the main extension, permitting with the Missouri Department of Natural Resources (MoDNR), coordination with hotel site design, construction plan production, and technical specifications.
