TOTH explored several options for serving the Activity Center site, as well as surrounding areas with sanitary sewer service. One option presented to the City was to construct a new regional lift station. The proposed lift station would open up approximately 150 acres for new development and be positioned such that one of the City’s existing lift stations could be decommissioned leading to no net increase in operation and maintenance expenses. The entire project would consist of approximately 5,700 linear feet of new gravity sewer and 3,100 linear feet of force main.
