Description:

TOTH assisted the City of Buffalo in developing their GIS into a web app for online viewing, editing & printing, and a mobile app for viewing and editing across the organization.  Data includes all base data such as parcels and address points, all wastewater data such as manholes and gravity lines, all water data such as hydrants and water lines, and other additional base layers requested by the City such as floodplains, zoning, land use, nuisances, and vacant/abandoned houses. TOTH is responsible for:

• Implementing, configuring, and administering Esri’s ArcGIS online cloud
• Development of Esri geodatabase and publish to the cloud
• Integration of cadastral data from multiple sources
• Web Map and App creation, configuration, and administration
• Esri’s Collector App and Web App
• Client training
