In April 2016, TOTH completed a cost of service study for Arkansas Valley Electric Cooperative for approximately 60,000 meters. A forecast of revenues and expenses was completed to plan for future rate adjustments for Arkansas and Oklahoma members. TOTH’s professional staff will be providing testimony and the cost of service study to the Arkansas Public Service Commission when rates are adjusted.
