Each year, Springfield, Missouri, business publication Biz 417 names 10 local leaders who are charting the course of the region in the coming decade in its 10 for the Next 10 feature. This year, Toth and Associates, Inc. (TOTH) President Adam Toth makes the list in the magazine’s June/July issue.

Toth is named on the list in Toth and Associates’ 20th year since it was founded in January of 2004 by Adam and his father, Louis Toth. From its beginnings as a father-and-son idea, TOTH has grown exponentially, now employing close to 200 employees with a goal to hit 500 in the next decade. The majority of TOTH’s employees are based at the Springfield, Missouri headquarters.

“My dream would be for Springfield to be seen as an engineering hub.” Adam told Biz 417 in the feature. “Springfield has never been a hard science destination, but I want people to think of Springfield and think of us as a high-tech, engineering town. Our company and our growth can help change this perception.”

TOTH continues to grow under Adam’s leadership, expanding the team, capabilities and number of offices across the nation.
