Experience:

Zachary is an Electrical Engineer working in the Planning Department at Toth and Associates Consulting Engineers. He has been involved in a variety of projects related to electric power systems including distribution system design, load flow analysis, and protective device coordination.  In addition, he has served as a collaborator on many projects related to cooperative and municipal economics including cost of service studies and electric rate design.
