Experience:

Teresa has over 30 years of accounting and grant project management experience. She began her career at TOTH performing cost of service studies and rate analysis and design for cooperatives and municipals in Missouri and Arkansas. Since then, she has expanded her project experience to include grant writing, submission, and management. Over the course of her grant writing and administration career, she has written and/or managed over 140 funded government grants, totaling over $250 million in grant awards. During the administration process, which begins with the application process, Teresa ensures sound accounting practices, calculates and prepares reimbursement requests, and compiles all required grant closeout documentation, including balancing of all grant expenditures.

Over the course of her career, Teresa’s activities as an accountant have included accounting management, financial statements, monthly reporting, budgeting and forecasting, fixed asset management and physical inventory, payroll, tax preparation, and software conversion implementation.
