Experience:
Taylor serves as a Distribution Planning Engineer working in the Planning Department at the Portland, OR office. He has one year of experience at TOTH and is currently pursuing his master’s degree in power engineering at Portland State University. Taylor primarily assists with construction work plans using WindMil and LightTable to perform distribution system analysis and design. He also works with the Transmission Department on Generator Interconnection Studies and various projects on the PGE transmission system.
