Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering | University of Missouri – Columbia

Experience:
Shawn has served as the project manager on a broad spectrum of civil engineering projects and has attained over 17 years of professional experience. With TOTH, he is a Civil Engineering Manager and has experience in potable water system analysis, roadway geometrics, roadway intersection improvements, pedestrian facility design, sanitary sewer collection and pumping systems, stormwater hydraulic and hydrologic modeling, stormwater detention, stormwater collection and conveyance systems, and site development.

His capabilities include all aspects of design from conception through construction, including design concept preparation, civil design, cost estimating, preparation of contract documents and reports, and construction administration. Shawn has an extensive background in providing civil engineering services to municipalities and local government agencies. He has teamed with multiple communities to assist with developing economical solutions that meet their needs.
