Experience:

Shain is a civil engineer who works closely with electrical engineers designing and analyzing transmission line structures, as well as coordinating right-of-way acquisitions. With over 10 years of experience, he has a wide-array of knowledge relating to structural analysis, model development and design, NESC and client design criteria checks, development/finalization of structure framing drawings, quality execution practices, and more. Shain is also highly familiar with the Powerline Systems’ PLS-CADD software suite.
