Experience:

Sean has over 14 years of engineering experience including working for PacifiCorp where he worked on all aspects of PacifiCorp’s 15 kV, 25 kV, and 35 kV overhead distribution systems across their six-state service territory. In 2011 Sean moved to the Portland General Electric (PGE) and worked with large customers with critical power needs. In 2016 Sean was the lead transmission planning engineer at PGE, responsible for revising the PGE generator interconnection process and conducting generation interconnection Feasibility, System Impact, and Facilities Studies for interconnections up to 1000 MW on the 500 kV regional system. Sean performed power flow, dynamic and voltage stability, and total transfer capability studies. Sean was also the PGE standard owner for various NERC standards. Sean submitted testimony in complaint proceedings in front of the OPUC.
