Paul has over 25 years of experience in Federal, State, and Local regulatory compliance across several states. He has written environmental regulations, performed environmental inspections, and supervised environmental inspectors for the State of Missouri. For healthcare systems, Paul has performed regulatory audits/inspections and provided compliance training. At TOTH, he provides permitting and regulatory compliance for the Distribution, Substation, and Transmission Departments.
