Nathan is a Project Management Professional with over 3 years of experience on the transmission line design team at Toth and Associates. He has experience ranging from design coordination, survey, land services, contracts/procurement, and construction management.

Now specializing in land services, Nathan supports clients in developing a unique strategy to approach each project to accommodate their ROW needs. Nathan manages land use research, survey, landowner negotiations, and permitting.

Assistance with land use research includes route feasibility studies, development of geodatabase and management systems for project spatial data, preliminary permit evaluations, and title review. Nathan coordinates with Professional Land Surveyors and field crews in carrying out boundary surveys, preparing easement descriptions/exhibits, and conducting topographic surveys. Being a SUAS Remote Pilot, Nathan also performs drone flights for LiDAR data collection. In preparation for landowner negotiations, Nathan coordinates with the client regarding the legal easement document, ensuring the language adequately satisfies the client’s needs. Throughout negotiations, detailed notes are documented of the agent-landowner meetings and available for access through ArcGIS online maps. Necessary permits are researched, tracked, and coordinated to follow the project timeline to allow for properly timed approvals before construction.
