Experience:

Luke is a Professional Engineer with nearly a decade of experience in the power delivery and utility industry. Mr. Snow has extensive knowledge in dealing directly with the design, coordination, and construction oversight of overhead and underground utility engineering projects. Additionally, Luke serves as the transmission engineering manager specializing in transmission and distribution line design and deployment of communication facilities throughout transmission and distribution systems.

Project experience includes project engineer and management of 12.5kV to 161kV greenfield and rebuild projects, electric infrastructure modernization programs, utility relocations, fiber to the premises programs, and new business services for large clients and municipalities in both rural and congested urban settings. In addition, Luke has served as the single point of contact for the City of Chicago Division of Infrastructure Management (DIM) and is a registered gas distribution professional (RGDP). The wide range of project experience enables Luke to pull knowledge from many different industries to deliver a quality, accurate, and construction ready product.
