Experience:

Lilly has seven years of experience with TOTH and serves as a Project Manager in the Civil Engineering Department. As a project manager, she has gained extensive experience in site development, stormwater detention, and stormwater collection and conveyance system design. She also has experience in sanitary sewer collection and pumping systems design and regulatory review of project requirements. She is proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD, HEC-1, and SSA, among other software.
