Experience:

Lalita is a Rate Analyst at Toth and Associates Consulting Engineers.  Her work experience has involved a variety of projects related to electric, water, wastewater, and natural gas systems.  This includes customer usage data verification, rate analysis, and cost of service analysis. She also has experience in preparing and filing documentation related to utility rate changes with Public Service Commissions.

Lalita has provided cost of service and rate assistance for utilities in Missouri, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Illinois, Iowa, Oregon, and Nebraska.
