Experience:

Jeff is the Director of IT & GIS at TOTH. His experience and ability to perform a wide range of Geospatial Information Systems (GIS) tasks makes him an asset to the GIS Mapping team. Jeff works closely with TOTH electrical, structural, and civil engineering departments as well as TOTH clients on a wide variety of projects. His responsibilities include data quality control and conversion of field data into GIS models utilizing ESRI and third-party software (NISC, FUTURA, Windmil Map), staking and work order updates, GIS to Milsoft conversion, web map creation and publishing, client training and technical support, and more. Jeff has also accumulated a plethora of software and programming skills, including ArcMap, AutoCAD, QGIS, Trimble, Windmil, Python, Java, and ENVI.
