Experience:

James is a professional electrical engineer with over nine years of professional experience. At TOTH, he is responsible for substation design, including project management and material procurement. His past work experience includes time at Ameren Illinois, where he mainly focused on electrical system planning and substation design at voltages of 138kV and below. This past work experience gives James a perspective from the utility side of power system design. His background in analyzing and implementing reliability and capacity improvements to electrical systems enables him to provide quality substation designs.
