Experience:
Derrick has over 5 years of experience on a broad range of civil engineering projects. With TOTH, he is a Civil Engineering Project Manager and has experience in roadway/highway design, traffic studies, bicycle and pedestrian facility design, intersection design, stormwater systems design, site development, landfill and transfer station design, construction inspection, among other experiences.

His capabilities include all aspects of planning, design, and construction, including: planning, concept studies, concept design, civil design, cost estimation, permitting, and construction administration. He is also highly trained in public speaking, capable of hosting public meetings, interacting with stakeholders/constituents, addressing public officials, and coordinating with various organizations and departments. Derrick has an extensive background in providing civil engineering services on behalf of local and state government agencies. He has teamed with multiple communities and Departments of Transportation to assist with developing economical solutions that meet their needs.
