Experience:

David has worked in the electrical industry for over 30 years. As an electrical engineer, he has designed the physical aspects and the protection and control schemes, as well as developed relay settings for a variety of substation configurations.  David has played an integral role in the design of over 75 station projects. He has led the TOTH station design team since 2013.
