Experience:

Chris is an electrical engineer working in TOTH’s substation design department. He has experience in the implementation of NESC, RUS, NEC, and IEEE guides for new and existing substation development. In addition, he has design experience in developing fiber optic backbone systems for co-ops and municipalities.
