Experience:

Betty’s current role as Senior Grant Project Manager with TOTH encompasses a wide range of grant duties required to keep the grant project management on track and in compliance. She possesses over 30 years of professional grants experience, including grant funding research, grant writing, grant administration, federal grant review, program evaluation, and related areas. Other relevant experience includes work on cost of service studies, healthcare and financial feasibility studies, utility rate filings, financial statement forecasting, budgeting, fixed asset management, payroll, and tax accounting. Prior to joining TOTH, she had success creating the first Grants Department for Cox Health Foundation, serving one of the largest health care systems in Missouri. She also served as the fiscal project and compliance manager for a $20 million job creation consortium grant for community colleges throughout Missouri.
