Toth and Associates assisted the City of Plummer in applying for the State of Idaho Broadband Grant and assisted them through the completion of the project. The fiber backbone was designed to support bringing fiber to the home internet connection to Plummer citizens, water and sewage control, and system wide SCADA for the electric, water and sewage systems.
