TOTH provided electrical, civil, and structural engineering design for the City of Lebanon’s substations. The project was the replacement of two 67/12.4 kV substations and consisted of surfacing, foundations, steel structures, bus work, station grounding, structure equipment, low voltage wiring, metering, relay/meter panels, HV breakers/ circuit switchers, and seeding.
