TOTH designed more than 3,500 linear feet of new potable water mains to serve the proposed first phase of Lakewood Estates Subdivision in Rogersville, Missouri. Lakewood Estates is proposed to consist of 93 single-family residential lots, with the first phase consisting of 48 lots. TOTH performed a hydraulic analysis of the proposed main extensions to verify adequate flow, pressure, and fire-fighting flow was available to the proposed subdivision without any off-site improvements. TOTH also assisted the developer in securing the necessary Missouri Department of Natural Resources permits for the project.
