The Springfield Business Journal annually recognizes businesses in Springfield, Missouri demonstrating the biggest economic impact to the region in its Economic Impact Awards feature. Toth and Associates, Inc. (TOTH) has been included in the list again for 2024 in the category of businesses operating for 11–20 years.

Since its founding in 2004 by Louis Toth and his son Adam Toth, putting people before profits has been a central of the way TOTH operates. It’s this focus that TOTH President Adam Toth credits with the continued growth of the company.

“We lead with people in mind, and the profits have always come.” Toth told the Springfield Business Journal in their Economic Impact Awards feature. The people-before-profits philosophy shows in the workplace culture, with expanding benefits packages, increasing wages and a 98% overall satisfaction score according to employee surveys, as reported by the SBJ.
