In 2023, Toth and Associates (TOTH) entered Biz 417’s Best Places to Work, but ultimately didn’t make the list. Not to be deterred, TOTH management took the initiative. Entrants into the Best Places to Work program are asked to have their employees fill out an anonymized survey, which is then used to assess their inclusion. The confidential report, created by the Best Companies Group, is then offered to the employer. TOTH took the survey results to heart, making changes and additions to PTO policy and more.

In 2024, Toth and Associates took home the award as one of Biz 417’s Best Places to Work in the Best Large Companies category. The changes continue to pay off. In 2025, Toth and Associates became a two-time winner in Biz 417’s Best Places to Work list. Following the first win in 2024, TOTH has continued to use survey results and feedback to improve workplace culture and benefit offerings. New or improved benefits, a focus on connection both internally and within the community, monthly events, get-togethers, not to mention an extensive and ever-available selection of coffees (plenty of other beverages too, but the coffee is especially popular).
