Toth & Associates is proud to announce the addition of Chris DesLauriers as a Civil Engineer Project Manager in their Portland office. With more than 20 years of experience, he brings a broad range of industry knowledge and a strong understanding of client needs to TOTH’s growing civil team.

Throughout his career, DesLauriers has supported projects across the Portland metro area, the Willamette Valley, Southwest Washington, and rural counties, as well as for two years in Denver, Colorado, where he designed and permitted large subdivisions. He gained experience navigating a wide range of jurisdictions, project types, and client needs. His background in civil and structural engineering management, design, construction, and leadership has shaped his approach to serving clients and communities.

As a Civil Engineer Project Manager, DesLauriers is excited to help strengthen the Portland office, support the continued growth of Toth & Associates, and further develop junior staff through mentorship. He also sees opportunities to expand the office’s capabilities for private development clients while building toward broader public-sector work in the future.
