TOTH is thrilled to announce the promotion of Jess Moran to Vice President and shareholder of the company. Moran, a Professional Engineer (P.E.), will join the company’s corporate leadership team, which includes Louis Toth, Adam Toth, Lewis Wiles, Brian Orr, Joe Tierney, Jeff Mueller, Matt Miller, and Shawn Barry, all Professional Engineers.

Moran began his professional career in 2005 as an intern with TOTH, where he became the seventh employee. After pursuing an early career at Garmin, Moran returned to TOTH in 2016 and became an Electrical System Planning Engineer for the company. In 2016, Moran earned his professional engineer license, and in 2018 he opened TOTH’s first satellite office in Portland, Oregon, where he worked to assist established utility clients while growing TOTH’s list of electric utility clients in the Pacific Northwest.

With his promotion to the TOTH leadership team, Moran will work to increase the local resources available from the Portland, OR, Kennewick, WA, and Billings, MT offices and expand services to more electric utilities throughout the Northwest. Moran manages an engineering team in Portland and is excited to better represent TOTH’s Northwest clients.
