TOTH provided master planning, civil engineering, and land surveying services for improvements to the Sarcoxie R-II School District’s athletic fields and facilities. The school district purchased 17 acres adjoining their High School campus for construction of these improvements. TOTH conducted a boundary survey of the adjoining land to facilitate the purchase. The project included reconstructing the existing football field and track facility with a new all-weather turf football field, all-weather track, new bleachers, and a new concession stand. Other improvements included: new shot put & discus facilities, a dedicated parking lot, a 2,400 linear foot access road, a new baseball field, master planning for a future softball complex, and a stormwater detention facility.
